Artificial flower company acquired

A luxury artificial flower retailer has been acquired by Tamworth-based entrepreneur Ben Herbert, through his investment firm Hershaw Holdings.

The Faux Flower Company, known for its ultra-realistic, handcrafted flowers, was founded by Janey Dillons ten years ago in Hong Kong under the name Amaranthine Blooms.

The business later relocated its base and fulfilment centre to Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, where it continues to serve customers in the home, corporate, and hospitality sectors.
